Nixson

Chef / owner Nixson began his culinary journey as a young lad at Albeda College Rotterdam, Netherlands and never looked back.

Over the years Nixson has worked at many fine dining establishments throughout Europe mastering European cuisine. Since migrating to Australia in 2007, Nixson began his journey yet again mastering the modern Australian cuisine.

After successfully operating multiple hospitality ventures in Melbourne with his wife over the past 10 years, Nixson and his family moved to picturesque Daylesford.

Nixson is a humble & shy man with over 25 years of cooking experience focusing on producing exceptional flavors utilising the best local supplies. Every dish has been designed with a focus on both fresh local produce and top quality ingredients.
