Cancellation Policy

Bookings of 1–7 guests

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to modify, reschedule, or cancel your booking without charge.
• Cancellations or postponements within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a $50 per person fee, charged to the credit card provided.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your booking (no-shows), will incur a charge equal to the full menu price per person, as follows:
  • A La Carte menu: $50 per person
  • Two-course menu: $88 per person
  • Three-course menu: $114 per person
  • Four-course menu: $138 per person
  • Boathouse Experience: $203 per person

Bookings of 8+ guests

• A $50 deposit per person is required to secure your booking.
• A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to modify, reschedule, or cancel your booking without charge.
• Cancellations or postponements within 72 hours of your reservation will incur a $25 per person fee, deducted from the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend your booking (no-shows), will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

Dietary requirements & Allergies

Unfortunately, not all dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please see the following list of dietaries that we can accommodate.

We do not have a vegan menu at this time.

Dining Time Limits

• A La carte menu: 1.5 hour
• Two-course menu: 1.5 hours
• Three-course menu: 2 hours
• Four-course menu: 2.5 hours
• Seven-course menu: 3.5 hours

We kindly ask that you emphasise with your guests the importance of arriving at Boathouse at your booked arrival time and depart at or before the end of your reservation end time. We appreciate your cooperation to not arrive earlier than your booking time as we may not have room to accommodate early arrivals. If you are unable to make it to your booking on time we will accommodate where possible, letting us know ahead of time is always appreciated.

Children at Boathouse

Children under 12 are welcome for lunch service only. This includes babies & prams.

Group Dining

Group bookings are available, the largest group size is 10 guests in total.This includes children / pram if dinning during lunch service. Group of 6 or more must dine on Three course menu for both lunch and dinner.

• Groups of 6 - 7 guests are required to dine on a three or four course menu
• Groups of 8 - 10 guests are required to dine on the four-course menu

*Guests who chooses to book separate tables will be seated separately & treated as separate tables.

Seating

All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Our Deck is closed during cold months.

Pets

No pets are allowed inside the premises or the deck area.

Surcharges

Sunday surcharge 10%. Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge.
