Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a credit card number to secure the booking. No deposit is taken; however, 24 hour cancellation policy does apply. This includes one of your booked guests is unable to attend, this requires notice also, otherwise the cancellation charge will still apply. No show & late cancellation will incur $50 per person.


Dietary requirements & Allergies

Unfortunately, not all dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please see the following list of dietaries that we can accommodate.

We do not have a vegan menu at this time.


Duration of reservation:

3 Course - 2 hours
4 Course - 2.5 hours

We kindly ask that you emphasise with your guests the importance of arriving at Boathouse at your booked arrival time and depart at or before the end of your reservation end time. We appreciate your cooperation to not arrive earlier than your booking time as we may not have room to accommodate early arrivals. If you are unable to make it to your booking on time we will accommodate where possible, letting us know ahead of time is always appreciated.


Children at Boathouse

Children under 12 are welcome for lunch service only. Children are to remain seated at the table all times. We only have one menu item for under 12 year olds but children over the age of 12 years are required to dine on the same menu as adults.

 


Group bookings

Group bookings are available, the largest group size is 10 guests in total.This includes children / pram if dinning during lunch service. Group of 6 or more must dine on Three course menu for both lunch and dinner.

*Guests who chooses to book separate tables will be seated separately & treated as separate tables.

Seating

All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Our Deck is closed during cold months.


Pets

No pets are allowed inside the premises or the deck area.


Credit Card Surcharges

All card transactions will incur a 1% surcharge. Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge.
